Work Process

Inquiry **>** Confirmation and Agreement **>** Receiving visual reference **>** Payment > Sketch and 1st check **>** Lines and base Colors **>** 2nd check **>** Payment of remaining balance if applicable **>** Finishing up final piece

  • Delivery of the final goods can** range up from 1 week to 2 months** depending on the complexity of commissioned artwork.

  • If there is a deadline (e.g. birthday gift), please notify me beforehand and I will see what I can do; no promises but I will do my best!

  • Changes notified during the 1st check (e.g. pose or expression changes) will be Free of Charge, adjustments after will come with a fee.

  • Final product will be delivered digitally to the client's email as an attachment file; a link will be shared to a Google Drive to download the unwatermarked artwork.

Terms and Conditions

  • All payments will be in USD via Paypal invoice or Ko-fi (7 days grace will be given for invoice responses; failing to respond will result in order cancellation).

  • Full payment upfront for anything below 100 USD must be made before I start on the commission.

  • For orders above 100 USD, clients will have the option of paying in full upfront or paying 60% of the quote first; The remaining 40% will have to be paid before delivering the final piece.

  • Take note of currency conversion costs and any relevant payment fees; I will NOT be responsible for covering them and they are NOT included in the quoted price.

  • Commissioned pieces are only for personal, non-commercial use. Clients are not allowed to use them for profit, brand, merch, NFTs, etc.

  • I do not allow any commissioned piece to be traced, edited or recolored.

  • Do NOT use my art in any AI program/website!

  • I have the right to reject/cancel commission requests under my own discretion.

Copyright/Reposting/Crediting

  • I reserve all rights to the artworks; clients cannot claim that they created their commissioned piece.

  • Clients may post their commissioned artwork on their own social media with proper credits to myself as the artist.

  • I may post commissioned artworks to my own social media as well with/without the client’s username depending on their chosen option on my form.

Refunds

  • Requesting a refund is only applicable when the commission has NOT been started on.

  • In the case of any incident occurring that deems me unable to work on or finish the commissioned piece, a full refund will be made to the client.
